Field app
For reps working neighborhoods and doorsteps: territories, door knocks, new leads and a quote card.
Who can open it: owner, admin, manager, rep. In the menu it is called Field.
Get a rep set up
- A rep opens Field and selects Request field access.
- An owner, admin or manager opens Rep team and selects Approve.
- Until a rep is approved, the knock buttons are read-only: "Recording requires a linked, approved rep account."
You can suspend a rep from the same page.
Territories and door knocks
- Office staff select Create territory and give it a name.
- Office staff use Add canvass address to type in street, city, state and ZIP.
- An approved rep opens a territory and, for each address, picks what happened (knock, no answer, interested, appointment, not interested), adds a note if they want, and selects Record knock.
Each knock is added to a record. Earlier knocks are not overwritten.
Capture a lead
Capture a lead sends a new lead from the doorstep into your Leads and pipeline. It checks for doubles the same way Leads does. An approved rep who presses Save lead sees "Lead captured" and the customer's name "recorded in your pipeline as a canvass lead."
Doorstep quote card
Type in the footprint and pitch you measured. The card shows the totals for the customer. Per-square rates are never shown.
The card uses the prices you saved on the Prices page, the same ones as Quotes: for a roof typed in as a 2,400 sq ft footprint at 6/12, with prices of $450, $600 and $850 per square, the card showed Good $13,905, Better $18,540 and Best $26,265, the same totals as Quotes. It also shows the warranty wording, the line "Preliminary estimate from operator-entered footprint and pitch", and how long the prices stay valid. Until you have saved prices there is nothing to quote from (see Quotes).
Only an approved rep can generate a card. An owner or office user who has not been approved as a rep gets a short error page instead of a card.
Rally board
Office staff post. Approved reps reply. Posts and replies are kept.
