The free version is a working business system. Premium services are extras. None are for sale yet, and no prices or plans are set.

- More plans are planned. None are for sale or priced yet.
- Planned, not built: customer reviews as an add-on. Property data from JTF's own system as a paid service. Both are only ideas today.
How premium will work
The sign-up page says paid add-ons are "priced per use, shown before you buy". Nothing is for sale yet, and the plans between Free and the top level are not defined. You do not need premium to use the free version.
How to ask about premium today
Use Contact us. It is the Contact link at the bottom of the JTF OS public pages, and it goes to the JTF Software Solutions site. There is no price list and no checkout inside JTF OS yet.
